June 2023 will witness the 4th anniversary since I joined Shanying International. I still remember that the first resume I put out was sent to Shanying International at the 2019 job fair. At the same time, I was the first candidate that Shanying International interviewed that day. What could be a better illustration of "two-way attraction" than that. After three rounds of interviews, I passed the assessment and joined the Shanying International family.

Papermaking is one of Shanying International's main businesses, and Shanying International has a high reputation and influence in the industry. The first job module I came across was financial analysis in the Paper BU. I am a finance graduate, but my actual work was inclined to management accounting. I had been adapting to the work content in the process of "turning from weak points to solid results". During this period, I benefited greatly from the leadership and colleagues who had been tirelessly teaching and solving problems as well as the working atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance. I deeply felt the realization of self-worth and the sense of achievement brought by teamwork, which was inseparable from the sense of service and the efficient and inclusive parenting strategy advocated by Shanying International. Against the backdrop of rising domestic paper production capacity and changes in national policy guidance, Shanying had made a decision to move forward upon deep consideration and continued to improve its global recycled pulp layout. As a fresher who had just participated in the work, I was transferred to Thailand under the arrangement of the Company, which was a new round of challenge for me, and also an opportunity from the Company for practice and growth.

When I first came to Thailand, the first difficulty I encountered was the language and cultural barriers, in addition to which I had to realize incremental revenue for the company. A real-life example we encountered was the lack of inventory management and inconsistencies in the accounts and actual items in the early stages, which led to costing problems and audit risks. Therefore, we started to sort out the process and set up an online inventory management system. Starting from planning layout diagrams, we engaged in establishing commodity codes, designing table formulas, optimizing checking logic, and finally set up an online real-time inventory management system. In the process of actual operation, we also found that the Thai staff could not fully understand the operation of the system because of the language barrier. Therefore, we drafted a Thai version of the operation manual, and finally realized the consistency of the accounts and actual items, and thus ensured the smooth progress of the audit inventory and internal cost refinement accounting. The reason behind these small innovations being fully supported by leaders and colleagues is Shanying International's corporate culture of encouraging innovation and practice. Shanying International encourages employees to actively contribute and offer suggestions, so that each employee's opinions and suggestions can be fully expressed. This business philosophy is the key to achieving continuous optimization and improvement in all aspects of management.

When I joined Shanying, I was still a naive teenager entering the workplace. The Company gave me enough trust and entrusted me with important responsibilities, allowing me to grow rapidly in this short period of four years, for which I am very grateful! In Shanying, as long as you have the idea and ability, you will have the opportunity to shine! In the future, the road will be long, and we can reach the target by going ahead. I will work together with Shanying, and I believe that Shanying will take off again after going through the cycle!
