In the past 9 years, I have held different HR positions in the headquarters, Asia-Pacific Paper BU and Packaging BU, and every new position brings more challenges. The competition of enterprises is ultimately the competition of talents. In March 2023, I jumped out of my comfort zone and returned to the headquarters to serve as the Group’s Head of Recruitment. This familiar yet unfamiliar position is a completely new challenge for me. As Shanying grows in size, we have been dealing with a variety of challenges, and talent strategy is one of them. Talent is the most important asset of Shanying. The strength of talents determines the width and height of the future development of the company. Therefore, breaking the traditional concept of recruitment and accumulating strategic talent reserve is a subject we need to tackle urgently. According to the industrial layout of the Group's new round of strategic planning, I have broken it down to the strategic initiatives of each business segment. In addition, I combine the existing challenges of the business to form key positions based on strategic needs. I work together with the business units to systematically replenish the reserve pool of core key personnel for Shanying and thus support the business in realizing breakthroughs.
